Hello! My name is Timmy Xi, a freelance photographer based in New York. I recently graduated from Cornell University, where I worked as a staff photographer on the Daily Sun student newspaper. During my collegiate years, I primarily covered Cornell Athletics, shooting multiple sports and attending several NCAA tournaments. I also executed 20+ graduation shoots, in addition to various photojournalism work for the Sun.

 

In 2025, I received a third place award in the sports photo category for the New York Press Association Best College Newspaper Contest.
